Jie Ma （马洁）is a research associate at the School of Computer Science and Informatics, the University of Liverpool, UK. Her work focuses on developing practical physical-layer security solutions for future wireless technologies.
She has been exploring wireless security mechanisms for Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Her research interests include:
- wireless communications
- pyhsical-layer security
- artificial intelligence.
She obtained her PhD’s degree from the University of Liverpool, master’s degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and bachelor’s degree from Harbin Engineering University.
