Jie Ma （马洁）is a research associate at the School of Computing, Newcastle University, UK. Her work focuses on generative AI models for health data and wireless security for Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

Her research interests include:

• artificial intelligence
• data analyse
• wireless communications
• pyhsical-layer security.

She obtained her PhD’s degree from the University of Liverpool, master’s degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and bachelor’s degree from Harbin Engineering University.
